Our Scope of Work Includes
Preliminary site visit /discussions with Architect / Employer and project feasibility survey
Preparation of preliminary designs and drawings for the Employer’s / Architect’s approval
Detailed working of plant size, type, AHU capacity , piping, ducting, etc…
Working out detailed calculations for electrical and water requirement
Coordination of overall design, drawing, and detailing works to structure, architectural, sanitary, and electrical work and other engineering aspects, as necessary
Providing provisions to architect for plant, AHU rooms, piping and ducting sizes and routing
Making specifications for various Equipments & Material along with tentative layout drawings
Preparing and floating tender enquiry with Tender Drawing for System/Scrutinizing & comparing the offers of various bidders
Providing assistance to employer in negotiation and finalizing of contractors
Checking and approving working drawing of contractors
Periodical site visits during execution and witnessing the performance test for system
Liaising with all stakeholders: architects, contractors, equipment vendors, utility service consultants, and materials suppliers
